Hi I’m Leah

I hold a Bachelor of Science in architecture from University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture & Urban Planning where I also earned a minor in the History of Art. I'm currently an M.Arch student at UC Berkeley.

I have been awarded the John K. Branner Traveling Fellowship, as well as UC Berkeley’s Design Excellence Award, and Bakewell, Brown & Weihe Prize.

I have been published in Yale’s architecture journal, Paprika! as well in University of Michigan’s Dimensions Journal.

I am passionate about creating a built environment promoting sustainability and equity. I have experience working in multiple architecture firms, as well as scenic and experiential design, exhibition design, publication design, and graphic design. I aim to practice unconventional spatial design.

I'm originally from Evanston, IL and have practiced in Ann Arbor, MI. I am currently located in Berkeley, CA.

My passions also branch into art and music. I love the work of Diane Arbus and Patti Smith. I'm also teaching myself how to play guitar, I’m a cat person,  I love to draw and paint, and am an avid reader.

I am always looking for opportunities to learn more and gain more experience. Please do not hesitate in reaching out to me via email, LinkedIn, or Instagram. Also check my Spotify playlists and what I've been listening to as music always finds a way into my projects and inspirations.

This is me btw.
